Amazing competition for our older boys this weekend!

Only their second competition back after a competitive hiatus, and they did an incredible job, coming away with several medals:

🥉 Cairo – 3rd on Pommel
🥉 Joey – 3rd on Vault
🥈 Jack – 2nd on Vault
🥉 Toby – 3rd on Floor, Pommel, and Vault
🥈 2nd on Rings
🥇 1st on High Bar
🥈 2nd Overall

My favourite part of the day, however, was the fantastic sportsmanship shown between Gethin and Haruki. That support, respect, and encouragement for one another is exactly what Rising Phoenix is all about. 🐦‍🔥

A huge well done to all the boys – we’re incredibly proud of you all! 🔥👏🏅

✨Building strong foundations for beautiful basics✨

Our gymnasts have been putting our new half-round foam rollers to good use, helping develop balance, stability and working on those small details that make all the difference!🌟

Purchased using funds raised from our Tumble in the Jungle club competition, these rollers will benefit every gymnast, from our preschoolers finding their balance 🌟 to our competition squads refining their skills🏆

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the event! 🙌
