The weather is definitely a bit rubbish (I think its going to brighten up) but it's always cosy in the Tipi!!!!

I hope you've all enjoyed a lovely week of sunshine!!

Everything is back to normal this coming week and I have a couple of additions to let you know about.

This week's classes are as follows:

Monday 1st June - Yoga for All - 7-8pm at The Wingate Centre, Wrenbury
Friday 5th June - Yoga for All - 10-11am - The Tipi at The Bhurtpore Inn, Aston

The following week, commencing 8th June I will be starting to teach Aerial Yoga classes again at The Yard, Burland so please get in touch for more information.

Last week I also mentioned a Yoga day retreat and I'm pleased to announce that this will be going ahead on Saturday 11th July at The Tipi at The Bhurtpore Inn, Aston - 10-4pm. I will create a separate event giving more details in the next day or so.

I'm loving my time teaching yoga in the Tipi so much that I have decided to offer a Yoga Day Retreat!!

This day to reset and recharge your batteries will take place on Saturday 11th July in The Tipi at The Bhurtpore Inn and No 18 The Park Coffee Shop. More details will follow in the next week or so. In the meantime, save the date!!!

Yoga in the Tipi at The Bhurtpore Inn, Aston is on in the morning at 10am. We'll have the roof and the sides open and the birds should be singing! Why not treat yourself to something cool and yummy to drink and have a sit in the garden afterwards!

Not long now until we can do Yoga in the Bhurtpore's Tipi!!!! I'm very excited to be leading a weekly Friday morning class starting this Friday 24th April!!

Two of my weekly classes are held at The Wingate Centre in Wrenbury.

Monday - 7-8pm - Yoga for All - This 'Yoga for All' class is aimed at improving mobility, strength and flexibility. Beginners are welcome.

Tuesday - 11:15-12:15pm - Slow Flow Yoga - This Slow Flow Yoga class is a slight step up from my Yoga for All Class in terms of pace. It's great for those with a little yoga experience or it may suit people who are newer to yoga but who regularly exercise and would appreciate some balance to their training. Either way this will be an all-round holistic class for body and soul.
