Something a bit different here! 👀

CLAY! 😍

An artificial clay surface, with inlaid playing lines, offering the same bounce, spin and slide that you would expect from a Clay court.
This is achieved by using a synthetic carpet system with a special ceramic infill to mimic natural clay.

So what are the advantages?

Skill Development - players develop stronger footwork, balance and endurance due to the slower ball bounce and longer rallies.

Health - the softer surface reduces stress on the knees, and lower back, this minimises the risk of common tennis injuries.

All weather playability - Artificial clay courts offer rapid drainage, and all the benefits of clay without the cracking. 

We visit this court twice a year to brush and  rejuvenate the surface, we apply a moss inhibitor. This keeps it in tiptop condition! 👌

We finished off the week with this artificial grass court, it was due it’s routine brush to decompact and rejuvenate the surface, correct the existing sand infill and apply a moss/algae inhibitor 💚 ✨
