1-1 Strength Programme
We typically see our Personal Training clients 1–2 times per week, so the majority of our programmes are built around full-body sessions, combining upper and lower body training.
We understand the importance of conditioning — and we incorporate cardio-based work where appropriate — but we believe our greatest value as coaches comes from strength training.
Why?
Because strength training is more complex to coach, offers far more variety and, when performed incorrectly, carries greater potential for injury.
When clients learn to lift with great technique, they can train harder, progress further and get more from every session — while reducing unnecessary injury risk.
The video shows a typical 1-1 session with Andy.
Andy came to us in his 50s with limited gym experience. His goal was simple: to get stronger and fitter, with expert supervision, so he knew he was making the most of every precious minute he could dedicate to himself.
That’s what Personal Training should be about.
Making every session count. 💪
