Strong kicks matter. Clear thinking matters more.

At Sansum Martial Arts, every class starts with a Mat Chat. This week focused on safety and what to do if an accident happens.

Here is what your child learns.

1:

• Stay calm and get an adult
• Call 911 if needed
• Know your full name and postcode
• Know your home address

2:

Ask the injured person simple questions

- What is your name
- Where does it hurt
- Can you move
- Check if they are breathing
- Do not move them unless it is unsafe to stay

Cole Buchanan and Lucas Buchanan, finally in the same class.

Lucas has made the jump from Sansum Little Ninjas to the Terrier class. Cole has been here a while, training as a black belt.

Now they share the mats ❤️

This might be the only place they can actually fight each other and not get told off at home 😂🤫

The Buchanans are a big part of the club.
Great to have them both in class tonight at Sansum Martial Arts Academy.
