✨Excited to introduce Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage at Darach Body Therapies.
A specialised treatment which uses very gentle, precise techniques to stimulate your lymphatic system.
Some examples of the benefits; Immune system stimulation, oedema (swelling) reduction, boosts natural circulation and waste clearance, aids digestion, very relaxing and much, much more.

We’re offering fun-filled lessons each week for little ones aged 0 to 4 years - keeping the splashes and smiles going all summer long!💦

These are Parent & Child classes, where grown-ups join their little swimmers in the pool to explore, play, and build water confidence together! 🌊

Our Teacher Training Class filled up very quickly! Due to demand, we’ve just opened up a limited number of FREE trial spaces on Wednesday & Thursday for little ones 2-12 months. 💙🦑

✨ Spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis. Perfect for little babies looking for a gentle start to baby swimming 💦

We guide parents to feel confident holding, moving, and floating with their baby in the water. Together we’ll encourage little ones to kick their legs and develop their swimming arms on the surface.

A lovely way to build confidence, bonding, and water safety from an early age 💙

Are you the parent of a baby aged 2–10 months? We’re offering a FREE 6 week block of baby swimming lessons for swim teacher training! 💙🦑

Please note you must be available to attend all 6 weeks and you must be brand new to the swim programme.

These gentle, supportive classes are the perfect introduction to swimming for little ones. Parents will learn how to confidently hold, move, and float with their baby in the water while encouraging
