Well done to the two teams today in a tough couple of matches at Forres.

These guys are a credit to themselves, and Soccer 7s is feeling really proud.

A great session to get re-started today. some homework for everyone to get into - 20s (twenties):

- 20 seconds on the spot running, high knees
- 20 star jumps
- 20 sumo squats (focus on form, 90deg knees)
- 20 step into lunges (10 each leg. From standing, step forward into lunge, rising back onto back foot. This is all done on the spot)
- 20 press ups (start on 10 if this is challenging)

This is a 2 1/2 minute morning routine to squeeze in before breakfast, every day! It helps to wake up, clear the head, and stimulate metabolism.

Why not join in with your footballer and make it a morning thing. You’ll soon feel and see a difference!
