THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACTUALLY WANTING TO CHANGE AND HOPING TO CHANGE IS MASSIVE 🔑🚀

Hoping to change is something that most don’t say but it’s how they feel. Yes they would like results, but aren’t willing to focus on little daily goals to get results. They have excuses as to why they can’t reach a certain goal and mostly not willing to look for a solution. They feel better in themselves by highlighting that excuse so they don’t feel like it’s their drive or determination (traits). They semi-want to change, but when it comes to simple tasks like tracking calories (5 minutes within the day), as well as potentially getting a small workout done of 30minutes they can’t be bothered 👀
People that want to change, understand their reason WHY. More often than not, they have had enough and want to change their lifestyles for the better. They are more focussed but sometimes quite strict. Potentially that can be a bad thing, and as a coach, I guide them away from! However their willingness to get results shows. Everyone still has excuses on certain days, but they listen to solutions and try to act on these.
