KNOWLEDGE = EFFICIENCY IN RESULTS 💪🏽✨

Unbelievable effort from the past few months! As you can tell from the photos, she’s reacting really well to her online plan and can’t wait to see where we can get to for SUMMER ☀️

Zo is a group class instructor, which shows that she has knowledge about exercising and the benefits it has. However, she also has no ego! This is what I love! She understands that things needed tweaking and wanted to gain extra knowledge in order to get the most out of her body.

We have made a schedule that works for her, but also a schedule that I know will get RESULTS. We’ve combined this with increasing her knowledge on nutrition and what numbers to aim for, and now LOOK! 👙🔥

We will keep pushing though, trust me on that 💯

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACTUALLY WANTING TO CHANGE AND HOPING TO CHANGE IS MASSIVE 🔑🚀

This may be a post that you will resonate with and potentially could be the kickstart to drive towards a goal that you’ve set 👇🏽💯

Hoping to change is something that most don’t say but it’s how they feel. Yes they would like results, but aren’t willing to focus on little daily goals to get results. They have excuses as to why they can’t reach a certain goal and mostly not willing to look for a solution. They feel better in themselves by highlighting that excuse so they don’t feel like it’s their drive or determination (traits). They semi-want to change, but when it comes to simple tasks like tracking calories (5 minutes within the day), as well as potentially getting a small workout done of 30minutes they can’t be bothered 👀

People that want to change, understand their reason WHY. More often than not, they have had enough and want to change their lifestyles for the better. They are more focussed but sometimes quite strict. Potentially that can be a bad thing, and as a coach, I guide them away from! However their willingness to get results shows. Everyone still has excuses on certain days, but they listen to solutions and try to act on these.

Last month of my GAINING PHASE.
It’s going well but struggling to put on the amount I wanted. Anything above my current weight is a bonus though, now aiming for 97.5KG 💪🏽

Always struggle to eat a lot when working as prioritise work instead of my health and goals. This is something I’ll look to work on 💯

Skiing for the next few days so not the greatest calories but these twix bars are getting demolished at the moment. Twix Top - if you don’t know, you need to. Very quickly.

Unbelievable effort from who is absolutely smashing her online training plan! It’s mad to think that we have achieved what we have from HOME!

CALORIES ARE KEY TO GROWTH 🍑

& I have been making some serious progressions the last few months on growing the GLUTES & HAMSTRINGS after finishing her cutting phase.

2 things that have WORKED WONDERS ✨:

- Increasing her calories & macros 🍳
- Working on PBs in her workouts 🏋🏼‍♀️

4 STONE & 7 LBS DOWN 🚀😱

There are hardly any words to describe this transformation from Jodes! The perseverance, the determination, the drive to get to where she wants to be, has been insane. She’s had takeaways, she’s gone out socially, she’s also had bad days. One things for sure: she’s realised that you can enjoy a lifestyle and also get results if you make sure you want it enough 💯

Super proud of her journey! We are well in the 11stone mark and now 8lbs of her goal. Go get it Jodie 🚀💪🏽
