Come join us on Sunday 23rd August for the Fisherrow Community Centre 150th Birthday Bash 🎉🎉 We will have a room on the day where you can meet our instructors David Halliday and Iain Scott, and meet our members! There might also be an opportunity to give it a shot yourself 🥋🥋! A big shout out to JudoScotland for their support through the Summer of Sport Initiative, which has allowed us to get involved with this fantastic community event. See you all there!

🌟🥋 We're Hooked on the Commonwealth Games 2026! 🥋🌟

Today is the day! The Commonwealth Games 2026 judo competition officially begins.

This event is a spectacular showcase of skill, strength, and spirit, qualities we hold dear and nurture here at Saltire. Watching these athletes perform at the highest level inspires us and our students to strive for excellence in every throw and hold.

To all the judokas stepping onto the mat today, good luck! Your hard work and dedication to reaching this stage are what the spirit of judo is all about. We'll be watching and cheering each ippon and waza-ari from here in East Lothian!

🥋✨ Last Saturday was a memorable one at Saltire Judo Club! We had the pleasure of bidding farewell to a fantastic guest judoka, Ian, who visited us all the way from France. To show our appreciation and hospitality, we gifted him something special from our community.

Our enthusiastic instructors presented Ian with a custom Saltire Judo Club t-shirt, symbolizing both our warm welcome and the strong spirit of camaraderie that defines our club. Moments like these truly underscore the deep connections we forge through judo—connections that extend far beyond the mats and blossom into lifelong friendships. 🌟
