As we continue to grow, we are upgrading our management structure to ensure the highest standards are maintained across the gym.
We’re now looking for a high-level Gym Manager to take full control of operations and help push Primal Combat Fitness to the next level 👊

💰 Salary:
£30,000 per year
Performance-based bonuses
Growth-based pay reviews

📋 Role Includes:
• Full responsibility for day-to-day gym operations
• Managing memberships, retention & enquiries
• Leading customer service & member experience
• Maintaining high standards across the gym floor
• Managing and supporting PTs
• Assisting with marketing, content & promotions
• Staff management (reception / part-time team)
• Opening & closing the facility

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification (essential)
• Previous gym experience (management preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• High standards, attention to detail & professionalism
• Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership
• Passion for fitness and building a strong environment

PRIMAL COMBAT FITNESS – MENTAL HEALTH FUNDRAISER EVENT

On Friday 9th May, we will be hosting a Fitness Competition at Primal Combat Fitness to raise money for Mental Health UK.

This event is part of our fundraising effort as Mark prepares to run the Edinburgh Half Marathon on May 24th, raising awareness and support for mental health.
We want the gym community to come together, push themselves, and raise money for an incredible cause.
Entry Fee: £15

100% of entry fees will go directly to the Mental Health UK fundraiser.

(Unlimited general night classes)
