Online yoga on Monday nights. This is a strong class, using the base of Ashtanga primary series we concentrate on the breath and creating awareness in the body while building strength.

Join me online for a gentle yoga class 🧘🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️🧘🏻
we concentrate on our breath and stabilising and strengthening the body. Don’t let the name gentle yoga fool you, it is most definitely an accessible class, we group all the postures together so there is no getting up and down off the floor and all the postures are adaptable but they are by no means easy. We are looking for strength and challenging ourselves. This will look different to every person that is in the class because everybody is different and their practice should reflect that.

Come join me for an hour of connecting with your breath, moving slowly and finding stillness. No previous yoga experience necessary and you don’t need specific props you can just use stuff that you have in the house.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to classes yesterday and to anyone who has ever come along to any of my classes over the last nearly 10 years ♥️ You are what made my classes feel so special and go for so long.

This is not the end though, there will be more to come it will just look different from how it has been. I shall pop up a few posts about how to continue to practice with me going forward and other ways to keep your practice going.
