Our new timetable in the picture above will be starting as of Monday 17th February.
JXL Minis - is suitable for any child aged Primary 1 to Primary 6 who is keen to come and try out CrossFit.
These sessions will be fun based activities that introduces your child to movement and weights. All ages will be able to improve and grow as individuals by attending our classes.
All a workouts are programmed by myself with knowing the children individually and a care for their needs, I am able to provide them challenging but fun workouts βΊοΈ
JXL Teens - is suitable for any child from Primary 7 to S5 who is keen to come and try out CrossFit.
These sessions are a lot more structured and we teach children how to use weights safely. Your childβs safety comes first and if they have never used weights before and are unable to squat, deadlift, press then they will be taught how to do so. Exercising will also help build your childβs confidence as well as help any anxiety/stress they are going through.
