In last nights Minis class all of the children smashed their session by learning how to do Overhead Squats πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. The girls then chose to complete 100 Burpees and the boys chose to do their planned workout which was ;

AMRAP 12
12 Goblet Squats
12 V-ups
6 Shuttle Runs

The pride in the girls faces though after completing 100 burpees was everything πŸ₯ΉπŸ’ͺ🏼

We are looking to recruit a new coach for JXL Youths. You must have a CrossFit Level 1 (or be interested in getting it) and be able to lead kids classes.

Our new timetable in the picture above will be starting as of Monday 17th February.

JXL Minis - is suitable for any child aged Primary 1 to Primary 6 who is keen to come and try out CrossFit.

These sessions will be fun based activities that introduces your child to movement and weights. All ages will be able to improve and grow as individuals by attending our classes.

All a workouts are programmed by myself with knowing the children individually and a care for their needs, I am able to provide them challenging but fun workouts ☺️

JXL Teens - is suitable for any child from Primary 7 to S5 who is keen to come and try out CrossFit.

These sessions are a lot more structured and we teach children how to use weights safely. Your child’s safety comes first and if they have never used weights before and are unable to squat, deadlift, press then they will be taught how to do so. Exercising will also help build your child’s confidence as well as help any anxiety/stress they are going through.

Remember : First class is FREE!! πŸ€ͺ

We have welcomed a lot of new children at JXL Youths and seen more children complete another year πŸ™‚

Watching every child grow in confidence, become stronger and better at movements and build new friendships every week make me super proud ❀️

We have very limited spaces available in all of our classes so if your child is interested in joining this crazy/friendly bunch after the break then please drop us a message and I will get back to you before starting back in January☺️

Our Teens sessions help build strength, confidence, coordination and boosts energy levels πŸ’ͺ🏼

Our sessions are usually working on strength or skills for 10-20 minutes then a conditioning piece. Everyone is taught how to use weights safely and move efficiently with them.
