Who’s guilty of not posting allllllll summer?

So summer is coming to an end and as we all know the weather has been cracking ! We are probably all guilty of chilling out in the garden getting use of that garden furniture we bought 8 years ago, sipping wine and beer, too easy to say yes to a third (then fourth and fifth).
The nights have been longer and brighter so if your two choices are sit in the sunshine or go to the gym, don’t beat your self up if you choose to sit in the sun.
We all did.
It’s quite hard (ok VERY hard) for a lot of people to push themselves to exercise (myself included), so here is a tip to get you back at it,
Do something you like !!
Wether that be going a walk with your music plugged in switching off from the world ...
Attending a group fitness class where you have people around you to encourage you
That workout DVD you actually liked doing in your living room but somehow made it to the back of the dvd shelf.
Go to the gym and only do the exercises you like. Don’t worry if it’s chest day, leg day, Monday or your birthday, just do the ones you enjoy.
I promise, you get yourself moving again and you will feel the mental benefits almost immediately!!
Exercising will give you more energy, boost your mood and make you feel dam good 🙌🏻
I love dancing, so today I choose my favourite tracks from les mills sh’bam and went for it.
