If you’ve been thinking about trying something new or getting back into moving, this is a good place to start 😃
🔋 Tuesday morning HIIT (high intensity interval training) is less intense than it sounds.
It just means we work through periods of movement and rest.
The aim is to get your heart rate up, build some functional strength, and start the day feeling more energised (more than a coffee ever could).
💪 Thursday strength circuits are all about building strength in a way that actually helps you in everyday life.
It’s not about being better than anyone else - just a bit better than you were last week.
Everything is done at your own level, and always adapted to fit around you.
💃 Dance fitness is exactly what it sounds like - just moving and enjoying it.
A mix of different styles from Latin to country, and a chance to switch off, have a laugh, and get out of your head for a bit.
It’s great for physical health, but also coordination and keeping your brain active.
