I help golfers improve performance by identifying the physical limitations holding their swing back.

Using advanced knowledge of golf-specific movement mechanics, I assess how your body moves, loads, rotates and produces force throughout the swing. From there, I build an individualised programme around your specific limitations to improve the way you move, perform and play.

Whether it’s:
• Lack of mobility restricting your swing
• Poor stability causing technical faults
• Loss of speed and power
• Ongoing pain or recurring injuries
• Difficulty getting into key positions

…the goal is always the same:
Build a body that allows you to swing more efficiently, more powerfully and pain free.

This is not generic gym programming or random exercises.
