ONE WEEK AWAY! NOW IS THE TIME TO ENTER! 💪

Join us for the Sprint Aquathlon at The Severn Centre Outdoor Swimming Pool, Highley, on Sunday 20th September 2026.

Take on a 400m outdoor pool swim, followed by a scenic 5km run through the local area.

Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned racer, all abilities are welcome. ENTER NOW and secure your place. Junior races and a relay option are available!

Not looking to race? We're also looking for race day marshals to help out on the day. If you'd like to get involved, please email [email protected] to express your interest.

Local supporters - save the date! Come along to The Severn Centre to cheer the competitors on and enjoy the race-day atmosphere. Tea, coffee and cake will be available to purchase - perfect for keeping supporters fuelled and for competitors to enjoy as a well-deserved post-race treat.

Want to make your next summer holiday as stress-free as can be? Then let's keep the kids in the pool to continue learning water safety, developing a love for swimming, and having fun!

The best thing about swimming, though, is it's for everyone. 💦

Kids and grownups alike can enjoy a lively splash or refreshing dip. If you're usually a gym person, why not give the pool a go?

You can either enjoy swimming on a pay-as-u-go basis, or as part of your membership. Plus, kids enrolled in lessons at Halo get to enjoy swimming sessions for FREE! ⭐

Fresh paint & new door wraps… we are ALMOST DONE at Much Wenlock Leisure Centre! 🎨

Here’s your latest sneak peek of our pool changing room revamp! The team has been hard at work applying the finishing touches, with fresh paint on the walls and slick new wraps on the doors. It’s completely transforming the space! 🤩

While we put the final details together, here’s a quick reminder for your visit this week:

✅ The Pool is FULLY OPEN — all swim sessions running as normal!
✅ Follow the Signs: Please continue to use the Team Changing Rooms while work finishes up.
✅ Towel Tip: Bring your towel down to the poolside with you so it’s warm and ready when you finish.

A massive thank you to Shropshire Council’s CIL Fund and The 3-18 Education Trust for supporting this transformation. The grand reveal is just around the corner!

Not long to go before the Sprint Triathlon at The Severn Centre Outdoor Pool in Highley!
