New Pilates Reformer Classes at Target Pilates Studios, Much Wenlock.

We are opening up our studio for some new 'Come and Try' reformer sessions in the new year (£15 for 55 minutes, max 4 participants) on our state of the art apparatus.

Friday 6th January at 10.15am
Monday 9th January at 3.15pm
Friday 13th January at 7.45am
Tuesday 17th January at 12.45pm
Thursday 19th January at 4.30pm

These sessions are aimed at people that are completely new to Pilates or the traditional apparatus. Please DM me if you are interested and we will let you know how to reserve and pay for a slot.
