Such a fun night lastnight for our Annual Fit With Ffi Christmas meal and quiz night!🍔🧠

Thank you to everyone who has joined me this year for fitness classes and personal training, I’ve loved getting to know new faces and look forward to hopefully seeing some more new faces in the new year or at our last few classes of 2025!😃💪🏽

I can’t thank you all enough for your continued support and I can’t wait to continue helping you all smash your fitness goals alongside having the best fun with an amazing bunch of strong women in 2026!💪🏽🤩

Client transformation ✨

How unreal does my client look!!🤩

For anyone who knows Shannon knows she is the takeaway queeeeen😆🤣 However, she found herself getting carried away and becoming unhappy in her body.

She became a 2-1 client in May alongside attending my Wednesdays HiiT Step class and attending gym sessions outside of personal training.

Shannon has definitely changed her lifestyle by being consistent with her training and eating nutritious healthy meals whilst still having her favourite takeaways once in a while. She has become happier and healthier in her own body and I’m super proud of her!💪🏽🥰
