It’s that time again! With 2 close losses last week, the 1st Xi travel to Grantham with the hopes of sealing 20 points. This week sees the return of Opener JM to partner Divy at the top 🌭

The 2nd xi return back to Seas End to face Newborough. This week sees the return of leading wicket taker, Maxy Cooper, and the middle order all rounder twins of P & L Ho**er.

What a cracker we have in store for you this Sunday.

Spalding RFC will take on Spalding cricket club in a 35 over game of cricket, starting at 1pm at Moulton seas end. What a way to spend Father’s Day in the sun enjoying what will be an entertaining game. Bar shall be open all day too.

Here’s how your teams line up for the weekend.

It’s derby day for the 1st XI as they take on Bourne cc at home. After being rained off last week, the boys are eager to get back out there and bring home the win.

With skipper Tom back from injury he looks to guide the team to a win away at Baston. A big game for the 2s as they look to get back to winning ways after a couple winless weekends.

The Sunday team take on Long Sutton at home this week also.

The junior cricket season is now in full swing,

Thanks to sponsors KGM Roofing, our U15 team have been well turned out on the grass in their first 3 games.
It’s been a tough start for the group with 3 defeats from 3. But despite the results the team have dug in well and made their opposition work hard, and there are positives to take forward into the coming weeks. With continued hard work and belief, good performances and results are around the corner. Keep going team.

TEAMSHEETS:

The 1st Xi travel to Scunthorpe hoping to bounce back after a bitter defeat last week. The team with George Hix and Josh White coming in for the unavailable Musty and JL.

The 2nd Xi hope to continue their perfect home form against Ketton Sports with Dan and Elliot stepping up to take the armband after a late injury to the skipper, Tom Decamps. This week also sees the return of veteran Mike Kearns and opening bowler Macey Andrews. There is also a first start of the season for young gun Will C.

Finally, the Sunday Development xi take on Freiston down at Seas end, let’s get as many down to support the side.

The 1st XI take on Sleaford at home - After a superb win last week and a moment of magic from Divy, they look to take this momentum into this game.

The 2nd XI are away at Orton park - A tough defeat last week, but we look to bounce back stronger to cement our position in the top half of the table.
