As we wrap up a fantastic junior golf season at Colville Park, we’d like to extend a huge thank you to all our junior golfers for an amazing year!

This season saw the return of competitive golf, some outstanding performances, new handicap indexes registered, and great participation in our tournaments. It’s been brilliant to see so many new juniors joining the club towards the end of the season as well.

A special thank you also goes out to our volunteers and parents — your support has been invaluable throughout the year.

Just a quick reminder: winter rules are now in effect. Mats are to be used on the course, so please make sure these guidelines are followed to help protect the course over the winter months and we hope you all continue to get out and enjoy your golf through the winter!

We’re already putting together an exciting schedule for 2026, which will include a full calendar of events next season, so please stay tuned for updates!

Just a reminder that our next event is this Sunday 19th October, we will be playing a Stableford format and the first tee time will be 10:30am!

Morning all,

Apologies for the short notice however given the impact of the weather this weekend, we have too many winter greens in play to allow us to run today’s competition as planned.

We will try and reschedule this over the next few weeks weather permitting, however the course is open for general play so players can use our booked tee times for a casual round.

The last group away for this mornings medal. 🏌️‍♂️

We had 7 entries this morning which I’m sure will grow in number over the rest of this season and into next, but it was great to meet more of our junior members this morning.

Just a reminder that we issued a media consent form via email recently, we will however, print some off and leave them in the pro shop if these can be signed and returned that would be great as it helps us promote the junior section and highlight any achievements of our players through our media channels.

Players competing please arrive at the clubhouse for no later than 9.45am.

Hi everyone,

My name is Stephen Carella, and I’m proud to introduce myself as the new Junior Convenor here at Colville Park Golf Club.

I’m absolutely delighted to take on this role and look forward to helping grow and develop junior golf at our fantastic club.

Our goal is to create an environment where young golfers of all levels can enjoy the game, build their skills, and be proud to represent Colville Park.

We’ll be working on:

✅ Expanding junior membership

✅ Running regular competitions

✅ Creating clear pathways for development and team representation going forward into next season

✅ Building a welcoming junior section for all abilities

We will be announcing the first medal competitions in the coming weeks so keep an eye out for those announcements and if anyone has any questions then please feel free to reach out!
