I’ve had 2 messages from 2 of our dojo’s. One doesn’t have any idea when it’s going to open (kirkshaws) and Townhead will be closed until 2021.

I am going to make Tuesday night training outside at Route66 pad. If it’s raining wear a rain jacket. Always wear trainers and it’s non contact. I’m not putting karate off any longer and we will train once a week for now. Runners will run in all weathers so we will train rain or shine. Let’s get some normality back in our lives.

This is Heather. She is one of my junior black belts and she is doing something wonderful. On the 7th of March This gorgeous little princess will be donating 7 inches of hair- to help little princess trust- and to raise £550 as this is what is needed to make just one wig!
