So... Today was my last day in teal for a while. Sometimes circumstances suck 😓 and all you can do is keep your chin up and keep going.
Just want to say thanks to everyone who has helped me on my journey. My time at puregym has been absolutely amazing 🥰 I *WILL* be back asap! Met so many amazing friends 💗😭
Thanks for all the love, support, laughs, education & everything in between 🌈💞✨ thanks to all my Amazing clients who haveade me so proud 💪🏼 keep smashing it because I'm not going to be far from the gym floor.

Marcothon day 12✔️
Honest to god today I nearly gave up. It's so late, I'm so tired and sore from not just this but all my classes and everything else too...
But f**k you marcothon. You can't stop me that easily! 10:30pm I got my friend to drive me away from my house so I had no choice but to run back 😂😂

MARCOTHON day 7 ☑️
Not going to lie, I was dreading today's run because my hip flexors are so tight & sore 😭 but I did it, in the rain and the mud 🏃🏼‍♀️🌧️ with above & beyond for company... And it was actually really good 🙊💗
Before this week, the longest I have ever ran in my life was the inflatable 5k in may. I have never been a lover of the treadmill, or steady state cardio... But as a PT I am forever telling people to challenge themselves, and work outside their comfort zone 💖 that's where the magic happens!

Absolutely sick of the treadmill but if it means I have time to fit it in then so be it 💪🏼😅 25k down... Need to start adding in some extra to make it up to 100miles by the end of December 😝

This is what happens when two PTs move in together and share a love of wine... "Let's see how long it takes to do 100 Burpees" 😅😂

I didn't realise was only doing HALF Burpees about 60 reps in (obviously super observant after wine as well as full great ideas 💡😂)
