Tough course with plenty of hills, said I wouldn’t do it again after last year but here we are 😂

Class having Danielle Clark & the boys at the finish line as I usually end up doing most races myself cause there always busy 🙈

But nothings changed.

Then read this ⬇️

It’s not easy. It’s hard. Especially if you’ve never really done it before.

Or you’ve failed loads of times in the past.

The first few months of the year are always a struggle.

But one thing I know for sure is everyone is starting to feel that bit better…. Why?

Lighter mornings & the lighter nights are coming.

We all know how much of a difference they make to our mood.

When you’re feeling better you’ll perform better.

So ride that wave!

Start putting things in place for you to succeed.

Luckily for you I have something coming.

Got to be the best thing about having my own business & working from my very own private facility home gym.

Getting to spend as much time as I want with the boys.

Being able to be at all of Kaeden’s trainings & games as well as all his school stuff & everything else in between.

But especially with Charlie as he starts nursery in August 😱

I definitely don’t take being in this position for granted.

A lot of my close mates work long hours & long days so I know how lucky I am that’s for sure.

But I wasn’t enjoying the “DADDY COME HERE!!!!!” shouts from him all day 😂😂
