Melanie Soares Fitness is a life-changing fitness driven community for men and woman of all ages, shapes and sizes and fitness levels. 8 WEEK HYBRID PRIME!

3 WEEKS IN - 5 TO GO👀

Every Friday night we have a fully coached track session, written and led by two coaches!

Every Sunday morning we have a 60-90 minute Hybrid session in the lab 🧪

So far, so good!

WEEK 1 was all about learning the stations and focusing on ERGs - stroke rate, 500m pace & distance.

WEEK 2 we hosted a MASSIVE compromised session involving 10x400m runs, 1 before each station to prep them for how our bodies begin to feel under fatigue!

AND WEEK 3 today we spent 1hr 20mins focusing on back to back training, so going from one station straight onto the next without getting rest!

WANT TO SEE WHAT EVOLVE IS ACTUALLY ALL ABOUT? 👀

A few weeks ago we ran our first FREE trial session and honestly, it couldn’t have gone any better.

Every single person who came along joined Evolve afterwards and they’re now halfway through their first block with us.

They’re getting fitter, stronger, pushing themselves every week and most importantly, they’ve made some unreal friendships along the way.

We wanted to show people that we’re not just your normal gym where you walk in, have no plan and are left to your own devices.

At Evolve you get fully coached sessions 4 times a week, a proper plan to follow and coaches who are there to help you get better every single session.
