Motherwell residents - please come to the meeting on Thursday and sign the petition. Lets keep council buildings like the Aquatec open so that Pilates and other exercise isnt something only those who can afford private gym memberships or who have a car can access. ❤️

Pilates people, just to let you know my class at Nuffield Health East Kilbride on a Saturday will now be starting at 1220 rather than 1245. Still an hour and still a mix of core work, strength, stability and stretching. And still lots of banter. I know a lot of you feedback that a wee bit earlier would be better. Hope to see my regulars there as well as some new faces! 🧡💛🩷 thank you for all you support
