We hear this all the time.

So why don’t people stick to gyms?

People leave because:
• they don’t know what they’re doing
• they don’t know if what they’re doing is even worth it
• they don’t know how to progress
• they feel embarrassed
• and most of all…
they feel like nobody actually gives a hoot about them

That’s it.

Not laziness.
Not lack of motivation.

We’ve already had an amazing response so far — honestly, thank you 💚
The pile is growing and it’s making a real difference.

We’re collecting donations for Anawim, supporting women and families here in Birmingham, and there’s still time to add to it.

If you’re popping into the gym this week and can bring one small item, it all helps.
Food, toiletries, baby items, or a little Christmas treat — it genuinely matters.

And if you’re local to the area and want to drop something off, you’re more than welcome — we’ll be collecting until Thursday at 8pm.
