We are two weeks into 2026 😍

Have you stuck to your fitness goals?

Have you got in with the β€œ all or nothing β€œ?

Are you feeling tired and burnt out already?

It’s natural in the new year to go all in, but remember fitness is a marathon not sprint, fitness is about longevity, not for the quick fix.

To make fitness last we have to be consistent, know when to push volume and intensity, no when to step back, have a balanced diet and most importantly have fun away from the gym and recover 🫢πŸ’ͺ🏻

2) look high and drive arms back pulling down on the bar
3) drive knees up coming into the hollow
4) extend the toes to the bar

2026 is going to be a different looking year for me

But one thing that won’t change is the goals I have set myself in the gym and personally.

This year, although I have some pretty big expectations and goals set it’s also about enjoying myself and being present in moments.

Surrounding myself with like minded individuals and paging myself out of my comfort zone
