We are two weeks into 2026 π
Have you stuck to your fitness goals?
Have you got in with the β all or nothing β?
Are you feeling tired and burnt out already?
Itβs natural in the new year to go all in, but remember fitness is a marathon not sprint, fitness is about longevity, not for the quick fix.
To make fitness last we have to be consistent, know when to push volume and intensity, no when to step back, have a balanced diet and most importantly have fun away from the gym and recover π«Άπͺπ»
