Join us tonight for our last session of 2024, tonight’s classes will be festive themed 🎅 come in your best festive gear, there will be prizes for winning MMA themed games 😅

Juniors 7-14yrs old - 18:00-18:55
Adults 15 plus - 19:00-20:00

Frank and I demonstrating some positions.. from here we would then advance it to make it more and more difficult for the person in the position so they have to work harder for it, then add in submissions up until they are full sparring and comfortable with the pace of grappling 😅

Great Wednesday classes today 6-7 juniors 7-16 years old followed but the adults 7-8

We did a lot of grappling tonight introduced some new submissions as well as some striking with new kicks introduced.. all enjoyed it and went away rather tired, as we like it 😅

I always forget to take any footage of the actual classes but Frank my son kindly helped me demonstrate some different parts.. I will post them up over the week.. here he is doing some drills 🫶

Hi, slight change of plan... the hall is not available tonight, so we will be starting Wednesdays from next week. 👊🏻

Hi, We have managed to add a Wednesday evening for our junior and senior classes. Wednesday's timetable is as follows:

Juniors 18:00 - 18:55
Seniors 19:00 - 20:00

Juniors 7 yrs to 15 yrs
Seniors 16 yrs plus

The first class will be this Wednesday.

Unfortunately, we can't run our mini Ninjas on a Wednesday, but all our classes will continue on a Sunday as normal.
