A WOMENS ONLY CLASS

This is a whole body, resistance training class using slam balls.

It’s something a bit different, fun and a great place to start if you’re new to or thinking about incorporating some resistance training into your exercise regime.

There are a variety of weights, so it is suitable for all abilities.Spaces are limited to small numbers for bespoke instruction.
