What’s energising you right now?

I mean in a positive way.

If you’ve really had to think hard to come up with anything … could you do with some space and support to reset and re-find your confidence and your mojo?

The next cohort of Mid Life Thriving Fundamentals starts on 18th September 2023, 6pm UK time. On line.

In a nutshell, it’s been designed to give you tools, techniques and support to help you navigate the multiple challenges of midlife - hormones, health, family, career, life transitions and thrive.

It’s all about learning to take more control of what’s going on in your head and learning, or re-learning, the essentials to build optimum health.

And … doing so in a small, supportive group environment, where you’ll be encouraged, held to account and picked up and dusted off when you need it.

A healthy mind and body generates so much more energy … so much opportunity to get more enjoyment, peace, or whatever you yearn for, from your life.

Next week it will be 3 years since I plucked up the courage to leave the corporate world and do what I wanted to do.

I’ve enjoyed the great majority of my career and learned such valuable lessons from the one job I didn’t, so setting up my own business was definitely a “running towards” rather than “running away from” decision.

It still wasn’t an easy one …

All those “am I … enough?” questions swirled around in my head for months before I actually made the decision and got louder and louder as my leaving date got closer.

Do I regret my decision now? Absolutely not.

🙂 I’ve learned so much,
🙂 Shown myself I can in so many situations,
🙂 Discovered a fascinating new world full of interesting, supportive and basically amazing people.
🙂 And I have the freedom to decide what I do and don’t do.

Thank you to everyone I’ve met and worked with along the way. You’ve all made a contribution to me and my business, whether you realise it or not.

And what’s even better, this adventure is still going and I’m looking forward to what the future brings. Hope to see you along the way.

Mid Life Thriving Programme - Free taster sessions

Did you leave the corporate world to create your own enterprise? Is your life balance still elusive? Are you constantly stressed and worn down by juggling so much in and out of work? Would you like to remember what enjoying life feels like?

In this 13 week programme you'll learn skills for mental fitness and optimal health. The fundamentals for you to start to make changes and feel that you are thriving. All based in up to date science. You'll also have the accountability, backing and encouragement of a small supportive group of peers and coaches.

Mid Life Thriving Fundamentals Programme

My default mood used to be one of low level anxiety - have I got enough time, how am I going to get everything done that I need to, am I even able to do what I need to do anyway?

Now, most of the time, calmness is my default mood. Not every day, because I'm still learning and I'm definitely human, but more of the time I feel calm compared to how I used to. I notice more of the fun and funny things that happen in my day, which I'd forgotten to notice most days.
