Eat the foods you want to eat - be cautious if you are still trying to reach goals and if not EAT IT ALL.
Drink the drink if that’s what you like. Celebrate with friends and family if you have them to appreciate.

Yes, most people wait till January to start up a ‘diet’ or new regime but you don’t have to. You can start now if that’s what you want.

You do you. Always preaching for a healthy life balance - a holistic approach to living your best life and that means mind, body and soul.

If christmas pudding is good for your soul, munch it. If getting a deadlift PB will lift your mood - you pick up that barbell.

Just running in the background for a little while… Concentrating on the new job & completing lots of training for it. (Not used to sitting still for so long!) I’ll still be here but just very much not posting quite as much.

Always a fan of listening to your body. If you can’t breathe then it probably isn’t going to benefit you but if you’ve just got a little tickley cough and feel okay then crack on.
Hot baths with salt can help those aches and pains the cold weather brings. (Crikey sound like an OAP) lots of fluid and a gentle walk outside can keep you a little active if you really are under the weather.
