Wortley RUFC – Site Assessment and Infrastructure Requirements

Wortley RUFC are seeking recommendations for a suitably qualified company or consultant who can undertake a full site assessment and provide advice, proposals and costings in relation to the following areas:

a) Foul Sewage and Drainage

* Assess the adequacy and capacity of the existing foul sewage system serving the site.
* Identify any limitations or improvements required to accommodate future development.
* Develop proposals for drainage connections that would enable a phased approach to site development, allowing infrastructure to be implemented progressively as the site develops.

b) Water Supply

* Assess the adequacy and capacity of the existing water supply to meet the anticipated future demands of the site.
* The proposed development is expected to include four shower rooms, toilets and a kitchen facility, in addition to the existing requirements.
* Provide recommendations for any upgrades or improvements required if the existing supply is insufficient to meet the anticipated demand.

c) Three-Phase Electrical Supply

* Assess the existing electrical supply and determine the requirements for providing a three-phase electrical connection to the site.
* Prepare proposals for the installation and connection of a suitable three-phase supply to meet the anticipated future demand.
* Provide indicative costings for the proposed works, including any necessary upgrades to the existing infrastructure.

We would welcome recommendations for companies or consultants with the relevant experience and expertise to undertake this assessment and provide a comprehensive report, together with proposed solutions and associated costs.
