THIS WEEK!!! It’s the holidays for most this week so it looks like we have promising numbers 🙌🏽 this open mat is completely free, bring your gi if you like, keep it no gi if you prefer… just come along and roll 💪🏼

This week in the Ladies Academy 🙌🏽

Footwork practice and using the jab tonight in the striking class. Tomorrow we will look at getting from half guard to full guard, switching defensive movements into attacks. Thursday night cancelled due to Halloween 🎃 back to normal time table next week ✌🏽

Classes recently in the Ladies Academy 🙌🏽🫶🏽 (still have more to post)

In our classes we welcome all levels of experience from beginner to advanced. There is no expectations to fight or compete but it’s great if you want to. You will get support and advice from a current female jiu-jitsu competitor with MMA fight experience plus and a bunch of other lovely ladies that girls that train both to compete and for a “hobby” 😁

We do offer free trial classes with no commitments so there is no worry if it’s not for you! It won’t cost you a penny! (A free trial week for juniors too!) 😊

Or another way you can get involved with the AVT Ladies Academy is to join our open mat, which are also free of charge. This does require previous rolling experience 🤼‍♀️

We have weekly open mats on Wednesday at 1-2:30pm and aim to host monthly weekend open mats that you can keep your eye out for 👀

Day out to to attend the open mat, hosted my 🔥 a little bit of yoga, judo technique and of course gi and no gi rounds 💪🏼
