But the numbers only tell part of the story.

True inspiration isn’t just seeing physical change, it’s the overwhelming pride you feel watching someone reclaim their confidence, energy and belief in themselves.

Watching Iby grow has been a real joy.
Moving with ease.
More confident.
More energy.
Less fatigue.
Less stress.
No longer limited by the weight he was carrying.

The biggest change?
He’s happier. Always smiling. Always lifting others up around him.

There’s so little you can do or say for people that experience such a huge loss.

But the one thing we can do is show those we love they are not alone.

We are with them and to raise awareness of some amazing organisations that support those that need it most.

That’s why some absolute legends agreed to run/cycle/walk a half marathon in the name of Tommy’s charity that supports the families of those that unfortunately are too good to make it.

Sometimes you think you’re slowing down…
That you’ve hit a wall.
