I have made a few changes to the timetable

‼️Friday at 1pm has become a slightly cheaper class at £8 but packages can not be used for it

‼️and I have introduced a 14-18 year old class on a Thursday at 430pm £8 a class

‼️Tuesday is mat day in the studio and if you are a total beginner the 7am class is a good place to start !

In October I will be adding the man class back in as well as a post pregnancy class for mums and babies to come along to

Something for everyone !! If there is anything I may have missed or a time or type of class you would like to see let me know!

Shom Yoga has altered her classes at the studio and is now doing

Getting back to the real job… not the thankless unpaid carer job I’ve been doing!! 👨‍⚕️

🙏‼️I have added new mat classes on Tuesdays permanently this will be mat day!
7 am class
930am class
5-15pm
6-15pm

Spaces are limited as back in studio now we have rain!
