In this 10-week Pranayama course, you’ll explore the science and spirit of conscious breathing through a progressive series of techniques that deepen week by week.
Proper breathing supports oxygen efficiency, nervous system regulation, and emotional balance, while pranayama refines prana (life force), clears energetic pathways, and cultivates mental clarity. As the techniques become more advanced, you’ll build lung capacity, focus, mental clarity, emotional resilience and vitality.
This course offers practical tools for everyday well-being and a deeper connection to the breath.
