This method can be adapted to suit anyones personal goals of any fitness ability and is proven to burn calories and fat unto 48 hours after the workout has finished. Here at BT Strength and Conditioning there will be no shortcuts, no easy methods and no fad diets, just solid science based research, hard work, sweat and fun.
