Why am I showing you this?
To show you how easy calories can mount up 👆
Doesn’t mean Nando’s is bad, just means you’ve got to consider the calories in what you’re consuming to be able to hit your daily/weekly calorie goal & be heading towards your goals
There’s different ways of consuming, For example - say my daily calorie goal was 1200 (which it’s not usually but for this instance it is) 1,520 (Nando’s meal) would mean I’ve had an extra 320 calories over my goal which means I’m not in a deficit anymore, resulting in no weight loss
How would we get around this?..
