🏋️‍♀️ Bake Sale this Sunday 21st & Monday 22nd! 🍪

Our amazing member, Yasmin, is not only a powerhouse in the gym but an inspiration to us all! 💪 Whether she’s crushing her running goals or working hard through intense training, Yasmin always gives it her all—especially when it comes to those dreaded burpee broad jumps! 😅 This year she’s achieved incredible milestones, including training for multiple HYROX competitions (with one in October and another in December) and running half marathons. 🏃‍♀️

What’s even more impressive? Yasmin’s accomplished all of this while being a dedicated mom to her one-year-old! 👶 Her strength, perseverance, and commitment are truly remarkable. And now, she’s taking on a new challenge: raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 🌟

I won’t just guide you through transformational workouts and provide you with structure, I will also educate and motivate you to help with your fitness journey based on my own exact training methods. I provide 1 on 1 sessions and also provide group session for up to 3 people if you and a friend, partner or family member wanted to train together. If training sessions are not what you are after - I also write personalised training plans completely tailored to your individual needs and fitness goals including nutritional advice and supplement reccomendations.
