Structured swimming sessions coming back Monday 8th January.

These sessions are best suited for those looking to improve their swimming fitness and working towards triathlon events of varying distances.

We will be restarting our swim training sessions next month, let us know days/times that you would like to come and join.

Swim sessions will have structured workouts for you to follow, suited for beginners to advanced swimmers.
