Apparently, I was born in the wrong decade… because according to these pictures, 1980s Sarah was ALL about the big hair, neon and questionable fashion choices! 😂

Thankfully I was actually born in ’87 and proudly claim my title as a millennial kid… although I’m now wondering if I missed out on my true calling as an 80s glam girl!

I mean… look at that hair.

Five hours at Epic Universe and I’m officially done

Rollercoasters, simulators and all those visual effects are definitely testing my brain!

So this afternoon is all about slowing down, putting my feet up and enjoying a little poolside reset.

Because holidays aren’t just about fitting everything in… sometimes you need to stop, breathe and enjoy where you are.

Pool, sunshine & absolutely no rushing. Perfect.

September always feels like a reset.

We’re heading into the final quarter of the year… so, honestly:

Are you where you thought you’d be by now?

Before you feel disappointed by what you haven’t achieved, take a minute to look at how far you’ve actually come.

Think about where you were this time last year.
What’s changed?
What have you learnt?
How have you grown?

And remember… you still have four months.

Four months to refocus.
Four months to make a change.
Four months to stop waiting and start doing.

Don’t wait for January to start again. Start now.

A few things you might not know about me…

1️⃣ I absolutely LOVE autumn 🍂 maybe because I’m a November baby.

2️⃣ My birthday is 5th November, so I basically get free fireworks every year

3️⃣ And when it came to our wedding, fireworks were non-negotiable. Obviously. ❤️

So I guess we can safely say I have a bit of a thing for November & fireworks…
