It's that time of year where the lovely people of Lancaster put on the Bay Health Festival! This time some of our local martial arts clubs are involved!

Get down to Dalton square on Saturday 9th July between 10am and 4pm to see and get involved with Kogen Ryu Jiu-Jitsu Lancaster !

Good news everyone!

The Bay Health Festival is this weekend and we have been lucky enough to get involved!!
On Saturday the 9th July you can find us in Dalton Square training in the great outdoors 😁 come and have a chat or even get involved and throw us around a bit!

P.S. Tell all your friends, there's something for everyone at the festival - we'll be set up right next to our good friends at Bexpoles Studio! So come and see them too!

P.P.S. Everyone that's coming to training on Saturday, it's now on Sunday the 10th at the usual place and usual time 😊 see you there!

TMT Tyrrell Muay Thai have started a monthly tournament for their students, a great opportunity to test their skills and learn a little bit about what it's like to fight in the ring! Will anyone be able to knock Dan off the top spot next time???

TEAM TOURNAMENT

As a learning opportunity to help improve and great for fighters learning about scoring. We have devised the team tournament. Once per month people enter and go against each other to win the belt for 1 month. It must be defended for the following month. Absolutely anyone can enter as it is a LEARNING OPPORTUNITY. February's winner was however it was very close. So many very close bouts. Congratulations to all members of the team that entered. Very proud.
