We had quite a laugh tonight about the pure LOVE and comfort and support of a bolster🙌🙏✨

From years of teaching in halls, gyms, conference rooms, hotel spaces, you name it, it really does feel a bit of a luxury to now enjoy a studio space with all the props you need and good quality ones too 👌🙏

you’ll find
🧡Bolsters
🧡Yoga mats
🧡Blocks and bricks
🧡Blankets
🧡Belts
🧡Lavender eye pillows
🧡Dumbbells, resistance bands and more!

When you come to a class you simply have to bring yourself (there’s even emergency hair bobbles for when you need them!)

The hardest bit will always be getting yourself to the class - following that, everything else seems to fall into place and gives you that extra space you might be craving in your mind and body and the unexpected stirrings of the soul 🧡🙏✨

We are so incredibly lucky to have the most stunning sunsets overlooking Morecambe Bay 😍 This was the perfect schools out Friday evening tonic and oh so nice to see the Beach Yoga Beach again! It might not be too long until we’re back down there!🤞 😍🌅🙏

Nestled on the second floor of in Morecambe, The Beach Yoga Space offers peaceful, elevated views across the ever-changing tides of Morecambe Bay! 🌊💫

Paid parking is available just directly opposite the building in the car park, or free parking can be found on the promenade towards The Midland and around that area. From there it’s a 5 minute walk down the road in the direction towards Eric Morecambe and a walk that always makes you feel more energised and alive especially if you get blown down the prom!!

When you arrive at The Rainbow Hub at the white doors, please buzz through using the top button on your left and say your name. Once through, please follow the staircases up to the second floor. Here you will find gentle sanctuary above the shore
A place to savour the beauty of Morecambe, breathe deeply, and find that sense of inner calm and wellbeing. A bit of what we all need! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ 🌊 💫
