It’s the little things in life that we need to notice, enjoy and appreciate…but sometimes those little moments remind you of the pretty big things too!🧡

There have been many years of graft to get here with my own studio space that I absolutely love!!
It has been years of teaching, learning, growing, changing direction, taking chances and simply keeping going!

It’s easy to keep looking ahead to the next goal, the next class, the next idea which I’m constantly doing 😅but sometimes it’s important to pause and notice the little things are actually pretty big! ✨🙏🧡

☀️Summer Solstice Yin Yoga ☀️

One Space remains!

As we welcome the longest days of the year, take the opportunity to slow down, breathe with awareness, enjoy the gorgeous Morecambe Bay view and most importantly, fully reconnect with yourself 🙏🧘‍♀️

Join me this Friday (19th June) at The Beach Yoga Space. Through gentle nourishing poses held for longer periods (3-5 minutes - with all the props!) we’ll create space in the body, calm the mind, and embrace the peaceful and passionate energy of the summer season 🔥🧡

Hello 👋 I’m Christina! Mum of two young boys, yoga teacher, personal trainer, exercise to music instructor, pilates reformer instructor, movement lover, beach, sun and travel lover, and the person behind The Beach Yoga Space! 🥰🧘‍♀️ 🌊 🐚 🧡🙏
After teaching for many years overseas and in many places locally in Lancaster and Morecambe, creating my own space has been a dream filled with determination, excitement and a lot of love and gratitude! I always manifested and dreamt of a space with a nature window so to have an elevated view of Morecambe Bay as our view is a dream come true!

I love being with kind hearted people and love to help people feel good and feel at ease.

If I haven’t met you yet, I hope to meet you soon and to those that already join me at The Beach Yoga Space, I’m so thankful for you! It really has become my happy place and I hope it becomes yours too!🧡🙏

Watch for the transition!! 😎😍
I will never forget the moment that Emily showed me round this office space.
I obviously was amazed by the view 😍 🌊 and the elevated view of and think I said very quickly can I take a video! I just knew I was in love and wanted to make this a space for people to enjoy the view and to move with awareness, to breathe, to reconnect with themselves, with nature, to be more mindful and be part of a community where you can feel at ease 🙏

Forever grateful for what has already been created here! The story continues 😍🧘‍♀️💪 🐚 🌊 🌅 🙏
