Happy New Year everyone.

The gym has reopened this week after our Christmas break. A full timetable will be available soon, please bare with us as the family and coaches work together to finalise this. Should you have any other enquiries please get in touch.

We have had a fantastic turn out to all of our sessions this week, Frank would have loved the buzz and atmosphere 💚

As we are required by law to have the new NHS Track and Trace QR code on display in our Centre, it will be available from today. Members CAN use this if they wish, but as long as they register with the club they are attending, they do not need to use it. Anyone visiting the centre, who is not attending one of the clubs/sessions, should use the Track and Trace app.
If you are going to use the Track and Trace QR code you will need to download the NHS Track and Trace App before attending!
