I know it’s very daunting to join a class when you don’t know anyone, but that’s exactly how I got into it too.

Lots of exciting things happening over the next few months 🥰

Teen yoga starts on May 30th - let me know if you want one of my last few spots! has become such a lovely friend and I’m so grateful to be able to use this beautiful space she’s created.

Over Summer, I’m going to be teaming back up with to run some fitness and yoga sessions. Chelsea always lets me be playful at the end of her sessions (and films me in the meantime 🤣)

I’m so lucky to be surrounded by wonderful women who support me and I love supporting them!

This is where our Teen Yoga classes will be. At the most incredibly beautiful The Beach Yoga Space , made so by the lovely Christinas everythingwellbeing.

As you can see, all equipment is provided. Just come as you are.

Yoga for 13-18 year olds starting Saturday 30th May.
