The table twisted and turned throughout the evening, with every point proving crucial. Going into the final rounds, several teams were still in contention, and it eventually came down to the finest of margins.

A huge congratulations to all of our players for the attitude, enthusiasm and energy they brought throughout the night. The football was excellent, the competition was fierce, and most importantly the players showed great sportsmanship and respect from start to finish.

⚽️ PLAYER SIGNING | CHARLIE CROOKALL ⚪️🔵

A huge congratulations to Charlie Crookall, who has signed for Preston North End U9s for the 2026/27 season.

Charlie is a regular at our Morecambe venue, attending one and often two group sessions every week. His attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn have stood out from day one.

Week after week, Charlie has continued to develop his technical ability, confidence and understanding of the game, earning himself a fantastic opportunity with Preston North End.

This signing is a reward for the commitment he has shown both in training and away from the pitch. We’re proud to have played a small part in his journey and look forward to watching his progress in the years ahead.
