Most of us don’t have time to be in the 5-6 hours a week no matter how many PTS says ‘If you really wanted it you’d just do it’.

I go to the gym for the benefits to live a better life. For me, my kids, my wife & even my future grandkids.

I don’t need to be in the gym 5-6 hours a week to see great results in my body composition, fitness & strength.

An amazing weekend for the BA Fitness members who took on the annual TNT strongman competition this weekend.

Just like always you did yourselves & us proud 👏🏼

Pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone & signing up to things like this always leads to massive improvements in physical & mental attributes.

Hopefully more members will think about entering next year & show off all the hard work they have put into the gym over the years💪🏽

HAPPY 10TH BIRTHDAY TO US 😍

I’LL BE HONEST!

WE MISSED IT 🤣🤣

I have always looked at what’s next & with all the changes going on in the gym at the moment it just slipped by without a thought 😔

I can’t really believe it’s been 10 years 👀

Life is a lot easier now than it used to be but it was all the hard work at the beginning that set the foundation for what we have now.

I would ride my bike to the gym for 6am rain or shine to train my 2 6am clients & nap on the gym mats until my next client at 9am. I would then wait patiently in the gym all day on the off chance that a new member would walk through the door 🤷🏽‍♂️

It’s a stark difference to what BA Fitness has become.

220 members & a fantastic facility for people to train.

This year we will see the size of the gym nearly double with more equipment, better sessions & better results 👏🏼

I can’t thank every single person enough who has played a part in what we have built over the years.

It has been one hell of a journey but we are still only getting started in my book 😉

Here is to another 10 years 🍺

This is todays workout in the BA Fitness gym 👏🏼

We structure our workouts to rotate over a 7 week period to provide consistency, making it easy to measure progress & keep clients motivated after seeing results happen each week.

Every client follows the same workout each day & is guided through by the coach.

To finish the workout you will choose either upper body or lower body depending on what your main priorities are (There is also a cardio option for after also) 👏🏼

It’s all very simple & all exercises can be modified for different strength levels & abilities 🙌🏼

AGE- I don’t care about your age. What ever your skill & strength level is that’s where we will start you off at then build you up from there.

YOUR INJURIES - Of course I don’t want to make things worse but there are 600 more muscles in the body we can work on while giving your problem area a rest. Your bad shoulder or bad back is no excuse to miss the gym. If you see a physio then we can work with them to programme in exercises to even improve the area.

THE LACK OF RESULTS YOU ARE SEEING WHEN YOU DON’T APPLY ANYTHING I SAY - It’s either you do it or you don’t. I can’t help you if you aren’t willing to put any time or effort into it.

THE EXTRA WORK YOU ARE DOING AT HOME WHEN YOU PUT 50% EFFORT IN THE GYM - You should be working hard enough in the gym that you need rest time at home. Not swanning off & doing more half arsed training.

HOW YOU PUT WEIGHT ON TODAY - You cannot control your weight from 1 day to the next. Your weight will fluctuate (it’s perfectly normal) but if you remain consistent over time you will start to see patterns in your weight & movement in the right direction.

Who is guilty of asking me questions related to the above? 🤣🤣 I have a few clients in mind…
