Happy New Year! My classes are almost full ☺️ Come and start your new year doing Pilates in a small friendly class and feel the benefits in your body, but particularly in your back neck and shoulders and core. It’s a new term!
Pilates starts back tonight 7-8pm Wednesday 2-3pm and Friday 10:30-11:30am

Pilates is a slow paced exercise focusing on breathing, core stretch and posture. Brilliant for your body and your mind 🥰

I have space in all my classes at the moment so you’d be most welcome and come along and try something new!

My classes are small and friendly, suitable for beginners and those wanting to progress. £5 a class - block booking for Mondays.
