School are not letting me in, and vivify are not letting me in, to collect my things.

I bought bars, wall balls, vibration plates, bumper plates, bands, dumb bells, racks, alsorts. I have receipts, hundreds of pounds of equipment.

I'm now calling the police for theft from vivify and school. ###

2011 I received a caution for leaving my children for 15 minutes unattended. (They were asleep)

2018 I proved in a court of law coercive control, emotional abuse and physical abuse by the same person that made me leave my boys because they withheld the money for nappies, and that was the only way I could get nappies because I wasn't allowed to ask anyone else.

Vivify have just told me that even though it was 2011, and I've proved I was forced into it, that this means I cannot "be on school grounds".

Whilst working there since November, they took the changing rooms off us and told us to share the swimming pool changing rooms. I flagged this as a safeguarding issue and was ignored.

Then in June I came across a sexual predator and because I informed police I was told I was not allowed on school grounds all this time, but also told in no uncertain terms that I am not allowed to tell customers what has gone on because it looks bad.

So, I have been punished for this.

Well, let me tell you all here and now that I will continue to safeguard any children I can, and I would 100% make the same choice every time, if it saves even one child I will do it. I have morals.

Unfortunately, I cannot open up there. I will however, be going forwards with a way to open up a gym in the area ASAP if any of my customers would still come, I completely understand if you do not though.

I see it from your side, that since June I have been inconsistent at best, but again, I was told not to tell the truth..... that alone should have been a breaking red flag about the business, but I wanted to re-open, so I just kept trying.

I am sorry for the way this has turned out, they strung me along, and you. Sorry. ###

I have been told maybe Friday evening, most likely Monday evening.

Obviously, I'm pushing for Friday evening!

I will update literally as soon as I know anything.

I will talk with each person who comes back in about payments.

I was told that as soon as my dbs is back I can re-open.

My dbs arrived this morning, I have asked to go back today.

I will keep you updated once I know. ###

I was told that as soon as I have my enhanced dbs back I can re-open.

I have messaged the relevant people and I have asked to re-open the same day it arrives.

I will keep you posted. In theory it should only be a few days. Realistically, it's out of My hands and I have no say in that matter. ###
