A private consultation is included, and Sarah uses a hypoallergenic, fragrance-free and vegan-friendly base oil, with alternative oil options available.

🌿 NEW INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE TREATMENTS 🌿

We’re delighted to announce that Sarah’s new Indian Head Massage treatments are ready to launch!

Choose from:

✨ 30-minute treatment — £30
✨ 45-minute treatment — £40

These deeply relaxing treatments include the head, face, shoulders, lower neck and upper back, as well as the arms and hands.

Appointments will be available:

🌿 Mondays: 9am–1pm and 5pm–7pm
🌿 Tuesdays: 9am–1pm
🌿 Wednesdays: 9am–1pm and 5pm–7pm

BOOKINGS OPEN THIS THURSDAY, 3rd SEPTEMBER, with the first appointments available from Monday, 7th September.

Treatments are booked slightly differently from classes and gym memberships:

5️⃣ Select your preferred treatment duration
